Natalie joined Hawthorn Dental Practice as Head Dental nurse bringing with her wealth of experience in customer care and the dental service sector .

She works alongside Min Patel (Specialist Oral Surgeon ) providing care and support in Implant dentistry, oral health education and providing chair-side attention to patients. She loves making a difference to people’s lives, giving them confidence and her friendly demeanour helps anxious patients feel at ease.

In her role as Head Nurse she supervises nursing aspects of the dental practice particularly with regard to safe practice so that the patient can feel assured of high standards of care .Providing support and direction to enhance the performance, skills and knowledge of the nursing team. She also works closely with the practice management team to deliver quality dental care to patients in line with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health & Safety requirements and other legislation.

Outside of dentistry she is a keen runner and manages to raise her two children with the same enthusiasm and love of the outdoors.
